If you’re not completely happy with any of our products, then you’re welcome to return it for a full refund or exchange it with any other item within 3 days of receiving the parcel in the case of the online store and within 7 days after purchasing from RB Pehnawa Outlet. In case of purchase from Outlet, you have to bring the sales receipt along. The refund amount will be transferred into your Bank Account, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa Account. The product returned must be in new condition returned without using or removing the brand tag.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are possible in the following cases:
1. Company has by mistake sent the wrong size or a damaged product or any item is missing from the suit and the customer has informed within 3 days – in this case, the company will pick up the product from your address and will deliver the new product and the customer will not pay any extra delivery charges.
2. Customer has by mistake ordered the wrong size or customer is not happy with the design due to a change of mind in this case we can exchange the size or design but the customer has to send the product back to our address (given below) in unused condition without removing the tag and after receiving the product at RB Pehnawa Head Office we will send the product at customer given address with no extra delivery charges.
3. In both cases above the customer can also exchange the product from any of our outlets.
